Plans for Matlacha Vacant Lot

On Tuesday, May 7, the GPICA membership will host a presentation by Cindy Leal Brizuela, a planner with Morris Depew, which is representing a landowner requesting permission from Lee County to build a new jewelry store and caretaker’s residence at 4613 Pine Island Road, in Matlacha, on the site where the Loblolly bar stood before it burned down several years ago. The site is next door to Wild Child Gallery. Below are links to the documents that will be presented to Lee County in support of the project, as provided by Morris Depew.

The presentation will be held during the GPICA’s regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. and takes place in the Greater Pine Island Elks Lodge, just west of the four-way stop.
