The property owner is seeking a new development order to begin construction of 15 multi-family residences (30 units) and two single-family residences, for a total of 32 units. The development will have a dedicated stormwater management system, connect to the existing water main, a dedicated septic system and landscaping & lighting in accordance with Lee County Land Development Code.
A development plan was originally approved in 2008 and the owner wishes to change the plans for the development, so needs a revised/new order.
