Representatives from the firm Morris Depew will provide an overview of a development being planned by owners HTT Pine Island LLC & HTT Rental Holding LLC on four parcels totaling 8.68 acres. The parcels are:

  • 16131 Tortuga Street, Bokeelia, FL 33922 (STRAP: 30432200000140000)
  • 16141 Tortuga Street, Bokeelia, FL 33922 (STRAP: 30432200000110000)
  • 16185 Tortuga Street, Bokeelia, FL 33922 (STRAP: 30432200000120000)
  • 16214 Stringfellow Road, Bokeelia, FL 33922 (STRAP: 30432200000160010)

The property owner is seeking a new development order to begin construction of 15 multi-family residences (30 units) and two single-family residences, for a total of 32 units. The development will have a dedicated stormwater management system, connect to the existing water main, a dedicated septic system and landscaping & lighting in accordance with Lee County Land Development Code.

A development plan was originally approved in 2008 and the owner wishes to change the plans for the development, so needs a revised/new order.
